遥控武器站结构优化设计

摘    要:根据第四强度理论和模态分析理论,对遥控武器站系统进行静力学分析和模态分析。分析托架在武器发射载荷下的应力和应变值,根据分析结果对其结构进行优化设计,优化设计后托架质量减轻54%,转动惯量减小51%。对系统整体结构进行模态分析,系统一阶模态频率为156.71Hz,远远大于武器系统的工作频率,系统在武器发射时不会发生共振。

Abstract:The static and dynamics structural characteristics of remotely operated weapon station(ROWS) are analyzed based on the fourth intensity theory and modal analysis theory.The stress and strain of the bracket under shooting load of weapons is obtained.The structure of the bracket is redesigned to reduce the weight,which leads to a reduction of 54 percent of weight and 51 percent of moment of inertia.Modal analysis of the system is carried out.The fundamental vibration frequency of the system is 156.71Hz,which ...
