摘    要:阐述了虚拟加工技术在汽车冲压件板料成形过程中进行有限元分析的一般过程与步骤及基本方法,应用该技术并结合某型号汽车上的某些较典型的拉延件的初始模具冲压工艺方案对冲压件板料仿真成形进行分析,预测了初始模具冲压工艺方案可能产生的冲压缺陷,提出了冲压工艺方案的改进措施,表明了虚拟加工技术为汽车复杂冲压零件成形分析与模具设计制造提供了一种十分有效的先进手段。

Abstract:Based on the finite element analysis, it summarizes a basic method and fundamental way of the virtual processing technology in the auto pressing part sheet forming, analyzes a typical drawing initial mold in pressing craft process with forming simulation. This simulation can forecast possibly the pressing flaw produced in pressing process and propose some improvement measures, The results show that the virtual processing technology has provided an extremely effective advanced method for the auto complex pressing components forming.
