大型球罐接管整体补强锻件的结构优化设计

摘    要:根据基于分析设计的准等强度原则确定应力约束条件,以质量最小为优化目标,利用ANSYS的APDL语言进行参数化建模,利用ANSYS的OPT模块对球罐接管双锥段整体补强锻件进行了优化研究。对不同直径的球罐不同直径的接管在不同的压力条件下进行了优化计算,根据初步优化计算结果确定了锥角、过渡圆角半径,根据进一步优化计算的结果,整理了双锥段整体补强锻件两个半径尺寸,并以无量纲的形式绘制了曲线,可供设计时参考。

Abstract:With stress constrains deduced from a proposed quasi-equal strength criterion based on the principles of "design by analysis" and minimization of mass as objective, structural optimization was studied for the integral reinforcement forge piece with double conical section used for nozzle of large spherical tanks, in which APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language) and OPT (Optimization Tools) were used for the establishing of parametric FEA modal and optimization. By parametric study, conical angles and transition radius were determined by the first round optimization. With these determined dimensions, the second round optimization was conducted for the determination of the two radius of the forge piece and non dimensional radius curves were given for design reference.
