| Abstract: | This article introduced application status of the ultra-heavy steel plates produced by pack rolling and the need of the standard formulation, and discussed the principle of standardization, the scope of the specification, and the technical delivery conditions, such as dimensions and tolerances, chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface conditions, internal soundness and special requirements. |
