摘    要:达拉特发电厂600 MW发电机组氢气控制系统在设计、安装时存在弊端,其充氢阀后管路与充压缩空气阀后管路采用不锈钢管焊接的并联方式,在发电机组停机后将氢气置换为空气过程中,由于氢气控制系统中的充氢阀不严密,使氢气进入发电机内部,造成氢气体积分数超标,存在爆炸危险。经过原因分析和设计方案比较,对氢气控制系统管路的连接方式重新设计安装,充氢阀后管路与充压缩空气阀后管路由不锈钢管焊接的并联方式改造为高压可移接管串联方式,解决了发电机原氢气控制系统存在的安全隐患,从而保证了机组的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Defects existed in the design and installation of the 600 MW generator units hydrogen control system in Dalate Power Plant. The pipelines behind the hydrogen charge valve and behind the compressed air charge valve were connected in parallel by stainless steel pipes. During the hydrogen was displaced by air after the unit stopped, the hydrogen charge valve was not tight enough to keep hydrogen from the inside of the generator, for which the hydrogen density went beyond the standard to lead the danger of explosion. Through the reason analysis and the comparison of design schemes, redesign the connection mode of the hydrogen control system. Reform the parallel connection into series connection of high-pressure movable hoses, the control system can be secure and completely avoid the latent danger to the hydrogen control system.
