| 摘 要： | 为提高圆柱滚子轴承的使用寿命,必须将滚道加工出带有微量凸度的形状。为实现上述要求,将原有滚道磨床单点式直线砂轮修整器改造成靠模仿形修整器,加工出了符合工艺要求的滚道形状,节省了改造资金。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the service life of cylindrical roller bearing, the raceway way must be processed to be a shape with trace crown. By modifying the former single point linear wheel dresser on the raceway grinding machine to be proifling dresser, the above requirement was met and the transforming cost was saved. |
