摘    要:主要介绍了有色金属加工厂采用二氧化碳灭火系统的必然性和二氧化碳的物相图,轧机区、主地沟、工艺地下室、板式过滤机四大保护区各采用何种灭火方式,以及各区CO2设计用量的计算方法、应用条件、联动关系,还介绍了喷头布置、管路布置、流量计算、管路压力降计算方法等及注意事项。

Abstract:The paper explained the necessity of adopting CO2 fire extinguishing system for nonferrous metals processing plants, it discussed respective fire -fighting means for the four main protection areas, as well as the calculation method of C02 design consumption, the application condition and linkage in each area; it presented the nozzle arrangement, the piping layout, the flow rate calculation, the calculation method of piping pressure drop and precautions.
