| 摘 要： | 为了解决NOR结构快闪存储器的擦除干扰问题，提出一种适用于闪存芯片（NOR）的高可靠性擦除算法。通过增加擦除干扰自动纠正机制，并在状态机的控制下产生擦除干扰自动纠正时序，从而达到自动纠正擦除干扰的目的。

| Abstract: | In order to remove the ease disturb of NOR flash memory, a high reliability erase algorithm,which automatically improves correction mechanism for the erase disturb, is proposed in this paper. The state machine takes outputs of the control circuit to generate the proper timing sequence in order to achieve erase disturb auto- correction. |
