| 摘 要： | 以河流生命视角为主线,系统地论述了重建生态黄河的必要性与可行性,以此确立了黄河建设的终极目标——重建生态黄河。现在黄河的主要问题是在适当的治黄理念下解决黄河的问题,但现在人为干预过多,所得结果与预先规划的存在一定差距,而真正解决黄河的问题,主要还是要靠黄河的自我恢复,当然,适当的人工措施还是必要的,这样才能尽快重现生态黄河。

| Abstract: | The river life is the spirit of this paper.The paper completely discussed the necessity and feasibility of rebuilding the eco-Yellow River.And according to the above mentioned,the last objective of the river is rebuilding the eco-Yellow River.Now the most important problem of the Yellow River is under the proper measure to solve its problems.Only with the selfrefresh of the Yellow River can it solves its problem thoroughly.Of course,it is necessary to put forward some proper measures by human beings.Thus,the eco-Yellow River can reappear quickly. |
