摘    要:针对某电站锅炉的炉内过程进行数值模拟。以加拿大过程仿真公司开发的软件为基础,运用流体、化学、能量和辐射模型仿真炉膛内部的燃烧过程;运用辐射和对流换热模型仿真沿水平烟道的过热器热交换过程。通过对温度场和速度场的模拟计算,揭示锅炉炉内和高温受热面处的实际情况。仿真结果显示,温度场和速度场造成了受热面的高温积灰,仿真结果得到了实验验证。

Abstract:A simulation investigation into the combustion and heat transfer process in a utility boiler is presented. The work is based on the self-developed software from PSL Company in Canada. Flow, chemistry, energy, conservation and radiation models are used to simulate the process inside the furnace. Radiation and convection models are considered in the horizontal heater. The temperature and velocity fields are calculated to unveil the process inside and outside the furnace. The result shows that the fouling in reheater is formed because of the temperature and velocity field in the flue gas passage. A limited test is done to validate the simulation.
