摘    要:以某水电工程发电厂房混凝土病害为切入点,通过多方法、多维度综合分析评价该工程混凝土及实体工程质量。通过超声波回弹综合法、地质雷达探测法等对该工程大坝、厂房进行实体质量检测,分析评价工程主体结构混凝土质量;收集整理、综合分析建设期混凝土原材料的化学成分与各项品质,复核混凝土骨料碱活性特性,钻取混凝土芯样复核物理力学耐久性能,微观分析受损混凝土矿物成分及渗水处析出物的化学成分,准确诊断出混凝土病害原因,综合评价混凝土病害对工程结构安全影响程度及工程的运行安全性,对症下药,制定出了经济科学合理的修复加固方案,为该电站正常运行提供保障。

Abstract:In this paper,the damage of concrete in the power plant of a hydropower project was taken as an example,the quality of concrete and solid engineering of the project is evaluated by multi-method and multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis.Through ultrasonic rebound synthesis method,geological radar detection method,the dam and workshop of the project to carry out the solid quality inspection,analysis and evaluation of the main structure of the concrete quality.The chemical composition and various qualities of the concrete raw materials was collected and calculated during the construction period,and the alkali activity characteristics of concrete aggregate was also verified,core samples were collected through drilling to recheck the physical and mechanical durability performance.The mineral composition of damaged concrete and the chemical composition of precipitates at the water seepage site was analyzed to accurately diagnose the causes of concrete diseases.The influence degree of the concrete disease on the safety of the engineering structure and the safety of the operation of the project were evaluated comprehensively,and the economic scientific and reasonable repair and reinforcement scheme was proposed to ensure the normal operation of the power station.
