摘    要:以一跨越既有匝道桥梁的预制装配城市立交匝道桥为例,针对其现浇大尺寸横梁,设计了一种分阶段利用既有匝道搭设协作支架体系的方案,既满足了支架体系的承载和变形要求,也确保了既有匝道承载不超过其设计荷载,通过施工监控确保了其良好的工程应用效果,可为今后类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:This paper presented a collaborative scaffold system designed for an in-cast mass crossbeam of a new city overpass ramp bridge.The new ramp is a segmental assembling bridge whose crossbeam is huge and has to be cased in place.Moreover,the new ramp is above an existing ramp bridge and this brings great trouble for the scaffold system.This design proposed a collaborative scaffold system not only ensure the bearing capability and deformation of the scaffold system,but also ensure the bearing capability of the existing ramp.The successive application guaranteed by the construction supervision provides a good example for similar projects.
