电动节流阀故障诊断的仿真

摘    要:利用计算机建模与仿真的方法,对电动节流阀控制系统正常和异常时电机电压和阀门转角的波动进行了分析。通过控制系统现场采集电机电压和阀门位置,与计算值之差的变化趋势对比,可定性检测系统故障所在。

Abstract:By means of computered modeling and simulating,the variation of the discrepancy of motor voltage and valve angle are analyzed when system working at proper or fault condition. By comparing the values of the estimated inputs and outputs with the measured values,referring to computer simulating result of fault condition of system,the error or fault symptoms of system can be diagnosed,so that corrective measures can be applied to permit continued operation of system.
