| 摘 要： | 我国汽车工业面临的主要问题：企业规模普遍偏小，产业集中度低；技术落后，缺乏自主开发能力。造成这种现状的主要原因：汽车市场成熟度低，缺乏有效的竞争机制；政府监督机制失调，力度不够；研发投入不足．投资过于分散；人才缺乏等。因此，发展我国的汽车工业必须从系统的角度出发，实行制度创新、组织创新、技术创新、品牌创新的一体化互动创新战略。

| Abstract: | The automobile industry in our country faces problems of small scale of enterprises, low industrial centralization, and backwardness in technique and lack in initiating ability. Main causes may: the automobile market is not mature enough and lacks effective competition mechanism; governmental supervision mechanism seems to be imbalanced and is not strong enough; investment in research and development is not enough and lack in qualified persons. Therefore, the development of automobile industry lies in carrying out an interactive integrated strategy of innovation in systems, organization, technology and brands. |
