人性化公共开放空间

本文介绍了3个国际上有代表性的公共开放空间的研究实例。回顾了20世纪下半叶针对城市公共开放空间与人之间关系的研究进行了深入分析。同时对英格兰城市绿色空间的使用障碍进行了剖析,最后建议以人为本是创造公共开放空间并使其具有可持续性的根本原则。

PUBLIC OPEN SPACES FOR PEOPLE

This paper will draw upon three pieces of work which have been ground-breaking with respect to social aspects of design for public open spaces. This paper will give an insight into the research and literature about people and urban open spaces which has developed during the latter half of the twentieth century. It also discusses the barriers to use of urban green space in England. Finally, the author agrees that public open spaces dominated by people can be created and sustained.
