| 摘 要： | 为了寻求高效、安全的除草活性的化合物,设计并合成了8个2-取代-N-(7-氟-3,4-二氢-4-取代-3-氧-2H-苯并b]1,4]噁嗪-6-基)乙酰胺类化合物,其化学结构经IR,1HNMR,LC/MS等确证。初步生物活性测定结果表明,目标化合物的除草活性并不显著。 |

| Abstract: | In search of safer and more efficacious herbicidal compound,eight 2-substituted-N-(7-fluoro-3,4-dihydro-4-substituted-3-oxo-2H-benzob]oxazin-6-yl) acetamide compounds were designed and synthesized.Their structures were confirmed by IR,1H NMR and LC/MS spectra.The primary bioassay results showed that the herbicide activities of the title compounds were not excellent. |
