摘    要:结合前人研究和气田实际腐蚀因素分析,采用高压釜模拟现场工况对乙二醇溶液中20 g钢的腐蚀行为及缓蚀进行了评价。研究结果表明:20 g钢在乙二醇溶液中属于尚耐蚀类型,其腐蚀的主要原因是氯离子的吸附引起的。由于氯离子的吸附作用,氧化膜破裂,生成的钝化膜保护性较差,使得腐蚀加剧。通过缓蚀实验表明,MY/IMC—30Q’油井集输缓蚀阻垢剂能有效地减缓腐蚀,缓蚀率达到87.56%。

Abstract:On the basis of previous studies and actual corrosion factors of gas field, autoclave was used to simulate the corrosion behavior of site conditions on 20G steel in ethylene glycol solution, and corrosion inhibition was evaluated. The results show that the 20G steel in ethylene glycol solution is resistant to corrosion. The corrosion is mainly caused by absorption of chlorine ions. Under the effect of absorbed chlorine ions, the oxide films crack and corrosion becomes deteriorated due to the poor protection performance of the passivated films form. The test confirm that MY/IMC -30Q corrosion and fouling inhibitor can effectively mitigate the corrosion of of gathering and transportation pipelines of oil fields and corrosion inhibition rate is as high as is 87.56%.
