金隆铜冶炼烟气制酸系统扩产改造实践

摘    要:重点论述金隆铜业有限公司制酸系统两次扩产改造的具体实施办法。第一次主要是通过挖潜改造(增加接力风机和换热设备等),使硫酸生产能力由375 kt/a提高到459 kt/a。然后,部分建设第二套装置(共用一套净化系统,分别形成两套干吸和转化系统),使硫酸生产能力提高到638 kt/a。一年来的生产实践表明,第二次扩产完成后,制酸系统主要技术经济指标均达到或超过设计值,目前新系统日产硫酸平均为1 200 t,转化率达到了99.83%,两套制酸系统综合电力消耗下降到74 kWh/t,顺利实现了扩产降耗的目的。

Abstract:Twice revamping of sulphuric acid production system in Jinlong copper Co., Ltd is described. The production capacity was increased from 375 kt/a to 459 kt/a by potential-digging revamping (adding relay blower and heat exchange equipment) in the first revamping. Then the production capacity was up to 638 kt/a by adding some equipment to form double-series configuration consisting of a common purification system and two drying absorption and conversion series. One years of operation showed that the main technical and economic indexes of both sulphuric acid production series reached or were superior to the design values after the second revamping. At present, the new system can produce sulphuric acid 1 200 t/d on the average, and the conversion is up to 99. 83%. The average electric consumption of two sulphuric acid production systems was reduced to 74 kWh/t. The objectives of revamping for expansion and energy saving were successfully achieved.
