| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析现有基于策略的网络管理系统架构，结合SOA思想设计并实现基于SOA的策略服务平台，并将该平台应用到基于策略的异构网络管理系统中，为其提供策略服务，实现了对异构网络资源的高效自治管理。

| Abstract: | In this paper, by analyzing the existing policy service module,combined with SOA ideology, we designed and implemented a common SOA-based policy service platform. The platform has been applied to policy-based heterogeneous network management system to provide policy services and achieved efficiently self-management of the network resources. |
