摘    要:用常压弧光等离子体在45#钢表面熔覆Fe-Cr-Si-B粉末涂层,采用电子探针、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪及显微硬度计对熔覆层的成分、组织、结构及性能进行了分析.结果表明熔覆层由A(Me)+F(Me)+Me23C6等组成,且A与Me23C6保持共格关系,F与Me23C6保持位向平行关系;熔覆层中B、C、Fe成分分布较均匀,Ce存在明显的波峰,表明有Ce存在;Cr存在界面"梯度扩散层”;显微硬度在HV0.05700左右.A、F良好的强韧性,M23C6硬化及共格强化使得熔覆层性能优良.

Abstract:Fe Cr Si B powder cladding is deposited, the composition, microstructure and microhardness of cladding were studied by means of electron probe, TEM, X ray diffractometer and microhardness testers. The results shows that the cladding is mainly composed of A(Me), F(Me) and Me 23 C 6; A(Me) and Me 23 C 6 retain coherence relation; F(Me) and Me 23 C 6 keep phase parallel. Compositions of B, C and Fe distribute more evenly, Ce exists sharp spikes, indicating existence of Ce. The microhardness is about HV 0.05 700, The good properties of cladding are due to strengthening and toughening of A(Me) and F(Me) hardening of Me 23 C 6 and coherence strengthening.
