| 摘 要： | 随着小型化和集成化的设计需求,0201、BGA和LGA等高精度贴片器件大量应用于印制板设计。自动贴片系统是完成上述器件贴装,进而实现印制板功能的必要手段。基于新型ACM贴片机进行PPS贴片系统的研究对于产品生产效率以及质量可靠性的提高具有重要意义,同时给其它型号的贴片机用户单位带来一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the designing requirement of miniaturization and integrity,more precise components such as 0201,BGA,LGA are applied to PCB designing.Automatic mounting system is an essential means which can accomplish the mounting of components and achieve the function of PCB.The research of PPS mounting system based on new-style ACM mounter is very important to improve production efficiency and quality reliability. |
