水力喷射压裂液的研究及在中原油田的应用

针对水力喷射高剪切、油套混注的特点,室内研发了一种剪切恢复性好、低摩阻的压裂液体系,并初步探索了一种模拟现场施工条件的室内评价方法。经过对压裂液影响因素分析,研究发现,高剪切后的压裂液耐温耐剪切能力下降、粘弹性降低;随着油套液量比增大,成胶速率减慢,高温剪切实验中发现压裂液初期粘度最低,但"二次交联"后粘度最高,温度对"二次交联"影响很大,低温条件下不再出现"二次交联"特性,且耐温耐剪切能力差。经中原油田现场成功应用证明,此压裂液体系抗剪切能力强且可满足较大的油套液量比范围,具有广阔的应用前景。

The research for hydraulic jet fracturing fluid and application on Zhongyuan olfield

Aiming at the hydropower spray high shearing,oil set of mix the characteristics of indoor r&d,note a shear restorative,low friction of fracturing fluid,and the preliminary exploration of a simulation of the conditions of the site construction indoor evaluation method. After analyzing the influential factors of fracturing fluid,the study found that high shear resistance of fracturing fluid and heat-resistant ability to drop,the shear viscoelastic reduce; As oil set of fluid volume increased,and the rubber rate than a slow,high temperature shear experiments that early fracture fluid viscosity minimum,but "second crosslinking" highest temperature on the viscosity,after "second crosslinking" impact,low temperature conditions no longer appear "second crosslinking" properties,and heat resistance of shear resistance ability is poor.After the successful application in zhongyuan oilfield,the fracturing of proof liquid shearing ability and can meet the larger oil set of fluid volume range,it has wide ap- plication prospects.
