基于UG的皮带轮参数化结构设计

摘    要:介绍了在UG环境下进行皮带轮参数化结构设计的方法,分析了不同类型皮带轮的结构特点及设计要求。通过直接造型与草图造型相结合,提高了皮带轮结构设计的参数化程度;通过设置开关参数增加了皮带轮三维模型模板的适用类型,为轮盘类零件的参数化结构设计提供了有益的探索途径。同时还解决了设计过程中出现的一些技术问题。

Abstract:Introduces the methods about parameterization structural design of belt pulley based in UG. Analyses the structure trait and design demand of different belt pulleys. To combine immediate modeling with sketch modeling, increased the level of parameterization about structural design of beh pulley. To set up switch parameter, we increased the practical type of pattern plate of 3D model of belt pulley and supplied the useful exploration way about parameterization structural design of wheel spare parts. Meanwhile, it settles the technical problem during design.
