粉末冶金制备铝青铜/钢双金属材料

摘    要:通过铝青铜酸洗和添加低熔点硅青铜粉以提高铝青铜的相对密度和铝青铜/钢界面结合强度.研究结果表明:铝青铜/钢双金属材料的制备工艺为烧结温度980~1 000℃,保温时间1h,添加低熔点硅青铜粉的质量分数10%~30%,提高烧结温度和添加低熔点硅青铜粉能显著提高铝青铜的相对密度和界面结合强度.

Abstract:Through aluminum bronze acid washing and adding low-melting silicon-bronze powder, the relative density of aluminum-bronze and bond strength of aluminum-bronze/steel interface were both increased. The study result shows that the preparation process parameters of aluminum-bronze/steel bimetal are as follows, the sintering temperature is 980- 1 000 ℃ ,holding time is 1 h,addition amount of silicon-bronze powder are 10% 30%,and relative density of aluminum-bronze and bond strength of aluminum-bronze/steel interface can be greatly increased by raising temperature and adding low melting point silicon-bronze
