基于Deform 3D内齿冷挤压数值模拟分析

摘    要:利用Deform 3D有限元软件对内齿的冷挤压进行数值模拟,通过网格划分、有限元方法(FEM)求解器和点追踪等功能的应用,对速度、应力和应变进行分析,从而得到金属成形过程的流动规律、力学场分布情况以及存在的问题.

Abstract:A numerical simulation of cold extrusion for the inner gear was operated by using FEM analysis software Deform 3D.Based on the application of functions such as meshing,FEM solver and point tracking,the parameters of velocity,stress and strain were analyzed.The flow pattern of metal forming process and the distribution of the mechanical field were obtained.Existing problems of Deform 3D were also pointed out.
