汽车座椅的轻量化设计

摘    要:为了分析汽车座椅的安全性,对某车型座椅建立有限元模型并进行轻量化设计.参照国家标准GB 15083-2006中的座椅试验规范施加载荷和约束,计算座椅强度并提出轻量化设计方案.通过合理的优化目标和约束变量得到座椅轻量化尺寸,经再次分析计算,验证了座椅轻量化后的强度完全满足国家标准的要求,轻量化设计的座椅质量减重11.2%.

Abstract:The FEM of a car seat was built and seat lightweight was designed in order to analysis the seat safety and optimization.Applied the load and constrains to the seat according to the national standards of GB 15083—2006,the seat strength was calculated and the design program of seat lightweight was proposed.The lightweight size was obtained by optimizing the goal and constrain variables.The strength of the lightweight seat after optimization is verified to fully meet the requirements of national standards.The ratio of weight reduction after seat lightweight optimization is 11.2%.
