| 摘 要： | 介绍了弹力织物的产品规格,整经、浆纱工艺条件,以及在剑杆织机上的生产实践,叙述了织疵产生原因和采取的针对措施。认为合理配浆,确保经纱增强耐磨,合理选择浆纱覆盖系数,采用双浆槽绕纱路线,合理选择边纱组织是保证产品质量的关键。

| Abstract: | In this article are introduced the product specifications,its yarn warping and sizing process conditions of the elastic fabric as well as the practice of its weaving on rapier loom with the reasons to cause defects and the counter measures adopted described.It holds that reasonable size composition and correct selection of sizing covered factor to increase the warp ends wearing as well as adoption of double channel sizing and well-arranged edge yarn structure are the keys of the product quality. |
