酵素石磨水洗工艺对牛仔布性能的影响

对环锭纱牛仔布与转杯纱牛仔布在酵素石磨水洗前后的物理性能进行了测试与分析,研究表明:水洗后两者的断裂强力和撕破强力均有下降,且纬向比经向下降更多;转杯纱牛仔布断裂强力下降远大于环锭纱牛仔布,而后者撕破强力的下降比断裂强度下降更大。此外,酵素石磨水洗有利于改善织物的耐摩擦色牢度,尤其是对转杯纱牛仔布改善更明显,但对耐皂洗色牢度影响很小,对耐酸碱、汗渍、水渍色牢度无影响。

Effect of enzyme stone washing on the performances of denim

Physical properties of ring spun yarn denim and rotor spun yarn denim before and after enzyme stone washing were tested and analyzed.It is found that breaking strength and tearing strength of the both denims are decreased after enzyme stone washing with weft direction decrease more sharply than that in warp direction,and breaking strength of rotor spun yarn denim is decreased more sharply than that of ring spun yarn denim,whilst tearing strength is in reverse.Enzyme stone washing can improve the ability of colour fastness to rubbing,especially for rotor spun yarn denim.The washing little affects colour fastness to soaping and has nothing to do with colour fastness to acid,alkali,perspiration and water.
