摘    要:为了面向调度监控一体化运行管理模式,满足智能电网调度业务需求,从电网中电气元件的拓扑关系着手,以电气间隔为分析对象,以电气设备运行状态的智能分析为基本判断依据,提出了基于电气微拓扑的综合智能防误校核方法.该方法以智能拓扑防误为主,以基于拓扑的规则防误为辅,不仅实现了传统五防功能,而且可以根据调控中心的不同要求实现防误功能的多样化,能够自适应电网结构的变化,具有良好的通用性和开放性.

Abstract:In order to fulfill the need of integrated dispatching and control system and smart grid requirement,a micro-topology based integrated intelligent anti-misoperaton check method is proposed.Based on the topological relationship among electrical components,the electrical interval is analyzed with electrical equipment status as intelligent analysis criteria.The method combines the intelligent topology anti-misoperation check with rule based anti-misoperation check.It can not only achieve traditional five-prevention functions,but also implement diverse anti-misoperation functions according to different requirements from dispatching and control center.The method is self-adaptive to network topology change with high versatility and flexibility.
