机械式紧密纺装置的性能测试与对比分析

摘    要:探讨了机械式紧密纺装置的结构、纺纱原理。采用机械式紧密纺装置、绪森式紧密纺装置和普通环锭纺在相同条件下分别纺制了9.7、14.6、36.4 tex纱线,并且对所纺纱线的主要性能进行了实验对比分析。结果显示,机械式紧密纺装置可以有效地减小纺纱三角区的影响,极大地减少纱线有害毛羽的产生,提高强力和改善条干均匀度;机械式紧密纺装置纺36.4 tex纱线的各项性能指标与绪森式相近,纺细特纱9.7、14.6 tex纱线的各项性能逊色于绪森式。但机械式紧密纺装置相对绪森式投资和运行成本较低,同时保养维护较简单,具有更好的市场发展前景。

Abstract:In this paper are discussed the structure and spinning principle of mechanical compact spinning device.By using mechanical compact spinning device,Suessen’s compact spinning device and common ring spinning frame,3 kinds of 9.7tex,14.6tex and 36.4tex yarns are spun under the same conditions and a comparative analysis of their main performances is followed.The result shows that mechanical compact spinning device can reduce the effect caused by spinning trigonometry effectively,decrease the accumulation of harmful yarn hairness,enhance yarn strength and improve yarn irregularity.All the performance indexes of mechanical compact spinning device in spinning 36.4tex yarn are similar to that of Suessen’s,but in spinning 9.7tex and 14.6tex fine tex yarns are inferior to that of Suessen.Because the investment and operating cost are lower and the maintenance is simple,there will be a better market development prospect for mechanical compact spinning device.
