| 摘 要： | 利用Modal纤维与棉混纺,纺制14.6 tex 50/50 Modal/CJ赛络纺针织纱。阐述了赛络纺纱的原理及成纱特点,概述了Modal纤维纺纱的主要技术措施。介绍了原料选择与工艺流程设计,并对纺纱工艺进行研究,给出了各工序的工艺参数设置。最终,纺纱效果理想,纱线强力高、毛羽少、条干好。

| Abstract: | 14.6 tex 50/50 Modal/CJ Sirospun knitting yarn was spun by use of Modal and cotton blended fibers.Siro-spinning principle and its characters of yarn formation as well as the main technical measures in spinning Modal fiber were summarized with raw material selection and processing design described and parameters in each process given out.The yarn of stronger strength,less hairiness and better evenness was thus produced. |
