| 摘 要： | 建立电子政务网站评价指标体系,结合专家打分,利用层次分析法计算出每项评估指标相应权重;通过对用户进行问卷调查,采用模糊综合评价法对上海市徐汇区政府门户网站进行了实证研究及评价,得出公众对其满意度的评价结果.

| Abstract: | An evaluation index system for e-government website was established.The weight of each evaluation index was calculated by analytic hierachy process(AHP) combined with expert’s scoring.Based on the questionnaire survey,a case study of Shanghai Xuhui District government website have been analyzed and evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The result of public satisfaction was obtained. |
