毛细管辐射采暖系统应用探讨

摘    要:详细总结了毛细管辐射采暖系统的工作原理和系统的优缺点,对毛细管地面和吊顶铺设的具体做法、毛细管施工工艺,以及毛细管辐射采暖热源方案进行了分析.针对毛细管辐射采暖系统应用过程中存在的如何提高毛细管末端换热性能、毛细管管道结垢和堵塞等技术难题提出了解决方案.

Abstract:The working principle and system’s characteristics of capillary radiant heating system were summarized in detail.Then the arrangement for the ceiling and floor of capillary tube,construction technology and heat source schemes of capillary tube radiant heating system were analyzed.Finally,solutions of technical problems for improving heat exchanger performance at the end of the capillary tube,capillary pipe fouling and clogging in the heating system were pointed out.
