同步器的结合过程分析

摘    要:以同步器换挡时间和换挡力矩为研究对象,建立了同步器换挡过程的数学模型,并进行相应的理论分析.通过UG软件建立同步器模型,并将同步器简化模型导入ADAMS软件中,建立虚拟样机.仿真结果表明:减小输入转动惯量、减小锥角,或者增大摩擦因数会有效缩短同步器同步时间;而提高发动机转速,则会延长同步时间.

Abstract:Based on shift time and torque of the synchronizer,a mathematical model of gear shifting process was established,corresponding theoretical analysis was conducted.The synchronizer model was created through UG software,and the simplified model was inputted to ADAMS software for virtual prototype.The simulation result shows that synchronization time can be reduced by reducing input moment of inertia and cone angle,or increasing friction coefficient,and increased by enhancing engine speed.
