地下水节能汲取及生活废水循环利用系统设计

摘    要:通过实验设计了地下水节能汲取及废水循环利用系统。地下水节能汲取装置主要由潜水泵、变频器、控制器、管网中的压力传感器、止回阀等组成,该系统能根据管网中用水量的大小,变频电动机自动调节转速,控制水泵流量大小,以节约电能。废水接收装置主要由主体部分和调节装置组成。主体部分有两个出水口,一个用于储存污染较轻的生活用水,二次利用;另一个出水口排出污染较重的生活用水,进入到企业污水处理系统。根据废水污染程度,人工旋转调节装置,使生活用水流向不同的接口。

Abstract:Under groundwater energy-saving absorbing and wastewater recycling system was designed through experiments.Under groundwater energy-saving absorbing device mainly consists of submersible pumps,inverter,controller,pressure sensor in the pipeline and check valves,etc.In this system,according to the size of the water pipeline,frequency conversion motor automatically adjusts the speed to control pump flow volume to saving energy.Wastewater receivers have two main parts,wastewater receivers body part and adjusting device.The main part of the waste receivers has two interfaces,one is used to storage lightly polluted living water,which can be used again.Another is to draw out heavierly polluted living water to waste treatment system.According to wastewater pollution degree,artificial rotating adjusting device makes life water flow to different interface.
