| 摘 要： | 在喷气织机的织造生产中,经纬纱故障停车是影响喷气织机织造效率的主要因素之一.通过对实际生产中喷气织机织造用纱线的质量测试分析,并没计多种不同纱线质量的经纬纱组合方法,进行织造对比试验,探讨纱线质量对细特高密织物喷气效率的影响,为提高喷气织机的织造效率,实现喷气织机的高效织造、产生更好的经济效益提供依据.

| Abstract: | In the production of air-jet loom weaving,loom stops caused by warp and weft are the major factor impacting the weaving efficiency.Based on the test analyses of the quality of yarn in actual air-jet loom weaving,several combinations of different quality warp and weft are designed to compare their weaving efficiency and to discuss the impact of yarn quality on air-jet loom weaving efficiency of fine tex high density fabric,and thus to provide the basis for the improvement of air-jet loom weaving efficiency and for the realization of high-efficient air-jet loom weaving with better economic benefits. |
