基于OPC低压电器自动化生产监控系统设计

摘    要:为了解决低压电器在自动化生产中由于不同厂商设备组成的各个子系统之间的通信问题,采用过程控制的对象链接与嵌入(OPC)技术,设计了低压电器自动化生产监控系统,实现了每个工序设备之间的连锁,以及主控中心监控系统与单台设备工控机之间的通信.运行验证结果表明,基于OPC技术实现的低压电器自动化生产监控系统运行稳定可靠,具有推广价值.

Abstract:In order to resolve the communication problems among various subsystems provided by different manufacturers for low voltage electrical automated monitoring system,the OPC-based automated production control system was designed,which can realize the association among each working procedures and the communication between the main control monitoring system and the sub-control center.The operating result shows that the automatic monitoring system for the low-voltage electrical appliance based on OPC technology is stable and reliable,and worthy to be popularized.
