| 摘 要： | 介绍了针对高硫煤气化采用的气化炉中脱硫和粗煤气脱硫2种净化方法;探讨了气化炉中加入钙基脱硫剂的脱硫反应机理、脱硫效率及其影响因素;总结了高硫煤制粗煤气采用低温甲醇洗涤法脱硫的技术优势和脱硫效果。

| Abstract: | Author has introduced the two kinds of purification methods used for high sulfur gas desulphurization in gasifier and crude desulphurization;has discussed the reaction mechanism for desulphurization,desulphurization efficiency and its effecting factors using calcium base de-sulfur agent being added into gas gasifier;has summarized the technical advantage and desulphurization efficiency using low temperature methanol wash method for crude coal gas made from high sulfur coal. |
