| 摘 要： | 分析了气体压缩装置的能耗构成;从压缩参数的选取、段压比的设置、管路的优化、负荷调节方式、压缩动力和设备的选取以及生产运行管理等方面论述了压缩机的系统设计和配置优化对节能降耗的影响;提出了提高能效,降低消耗的相关理念、方法和措施。

| Abstract: | Author has analyzed the energy constitution of gas compression unit;from aspects of arrangement of pressure ration of each stage,optimization of pipeline,load adjustment mode,compression power and equipment selection,productive operation management etc.has discussed the influence of system design of compressor and arrangement optimization on energy conservation and consume reduction;has proposed the related idea,method and measures of increasing power efficiency and decreasing the consume. |
