| 摘 要： | 由聚醚，甲苯二异氰酸酯（ＴＤＩ），二羟甲基丙酸（ＤＭＰＡ）等为原料制备水性聚氨酯乳液胶粘剂．研究了ＤＭＰＡ用量的改变及在ＤＭＰＡ用量不变的情况下，Ｒ值（即ｎ（ＮＣＯ）／ｎ（ＯＨ）值）的改变对乳液性能的影响．结果表明，Ｒ值的改变对胶膜的吸水率、力学性能、热稳定性等均产生重要的影响．

| Abstract: | Aqueous polyurethane emulsion adhesive was prepared from polyether toluene diisocynate (TDI) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA). The effects of DMPA dosage and the variation of R value(n (NCO) / n (OH)) at a fixed DMPA dosage on the properties of emulsion were determined. Results show that the variation of DMPA dosage and R value has great effects on hygroscopicity, mechanic and thermal properties of emulsion-cast film. |
