| 摘 要： | 武汉城市圈经济发展面临的资源约束矛盾日益明显,从资源现状看,武汉城市圈制造业人均占有量低,资源消耗高,污染严重。究其原因,有其经济增长方式、体制阻碍、产业布局不合理等诸多因素,有必要就其实施改变产业发展模式、推进循环经济、发展产业集群、提高资源安全保障系数、建立"绿色GDP"考核机制等产业政策进行研究。

| Abstract: | The resources constraint is getting more obvious,which has affected the development of Wuhan City Circle seriously.Resources from the status quo,the Wuhan city circle has low per capita manufacturing,high resource consumption and serious pollution,for which the reasons lie in its economic growth mode and institutional obstacles,irrational industrial distribution and many other factors.Therefore,industrial policies,such as changing the pattern of industrial development,promoting recycling economy,developing ... |
