基于平行板式电容传感器的送纸检测系统设计

摘    要:分析了送纸机构的工作原理,并对其关键部件进行了设计,将电容传感器应用于书本打包设备送纸机构。通过机构设计和理论计算,表明该设计可以有效检测出重叠牛皮纸被送出,并对多余纸张进行退回处理,系统检测效率高,动态响应好,满足了设备单张送纸的要求。

Abstract:The working principle of paper feeding mechanism was analyzed and its key components were designed. Capacitive sensor was applied in paper feeding mechanism of book packaging machine. Mechanism design and theoretical calculation showed that the design can detect multiple sheets of kraft paper and return excess paper; the detection system has high efficiency, good dynamic response, and meets the requirements of single sheet feeding.
