磷钨酸催化合成香料水杨酸苄酯

摘    要:本文是用磷钨酸作为水杨酸和苯甲醇反应的催化剂,成功地合成了水杨酸苄酯,并考察了影响反应的各种因素,探讨并找出最佳条件:水杨酸与苯甲醇的摩尔比约为1:1.8,催化剂用量为1.4g(水杨酸为0.1mol)。反应时间为2h,反应温度控制为100~110℃,产率可达到78.05%。

Abstract:This paper reports the synthesis of benzyl salicylate by phosphotungstic acid as catalyst. The results showed the op timized conditions were as follows: the mole ratio of acid to alcohol was 1 : 1.8,the weight of catalyst is 1.4 g( 0. 1 mol salicylic acid), and the reaction time was 2 h,when the reaction temperature between 100 and 110℃, the yield was 78. 05%.
