碳包覆铜米粒子的制备及其表征

摘    要:近年来,研究发现纳米铜在催化、电化学等方面有着非常优异的性能,但是易被氧化的缺陷阻碍了其进一步应用,因此制备碳包覆铜金属纳米粒子有重要的意义。以硝酸铜为金属源、以蔗糖为碳源,经还原-退火制备出具有核壳结构的碳包覆铜金属纳米粒子。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、Raman等测试手段对样品进行了研究。结果表明,粒子大小分布均匀,具有明显的核壳结构:核为fcc型铜,粒径20~60 nm;壳为石墨化程度较低的非晶碳,厚度10 nm。
