基于特征和面向对象表示的涡轮叶片模型重用

摘    要:目前在航空发动机结构设计中存在的主要问题是结构分析和模型几何修改未能很好衔接,导致了CAD模型的创建和有限元网格的生成多次重复进行。为实现CAD模型的快速修改,结合航空发动机涡轮叶片的结构特点,在进行特征提取及特征属性和操作分析的基础之上,提出了基于特征和面向对象表示的模型重用方法。并以某型涡轮叶片为应用对象,阐述了方法的具体实施。该方法在航空企业有着广泛的应用前景,有利于提高产品结构设计的效率和质量。

Abstract:The main problem in the current process of aero-engine structure design is poor integration between structure analysis and model modification, resulting in repeatedly rebuilding the CAD model and regenerating meshes for FEA again and again. To achieve fast modification of CAD model, a customized program encapsulating all the functions dedicated to manipulate a certain form feature is implemented to adaptively maintain the integrity and consistency of CAD model with the local changes of input profile data as predicted by the fluid dynamics computation. Some key issues about the implementation are illustrated through a certain turbine blade.
