摘    要:采用氩气雾化和等离子旋转电极雾化两种制粉工艺制备的FGH95粉末和双韧化(颗粒界面韧化+热处理强韧化)热等静压近尺寸成形盘件制备工艺,制备了FGH95粉末涡轮盘。性能达到国外同类合金的A级水平并装机通过了发动机的盘件结构试验与试车。

Abstract:FGH95 powder metallurgy superalloy and the fabrication of turbine disks have been developed by as HIP Argon atomized(AA)powder or plasma rotating electride processed (PREP)powder has been toughened by particles boundary toughening and heat treatments,and consolidated to near net shape to produce turbine disks for an aircraft engine The disks have been successfully passed the ground testings
