加速冷却对10CrSiNiCu钢力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了加速冷却时的板坯加热温度、终轧温度及卷取温度对10CrSiNiCu钢热轧板的组织和性能的影响,用多元线性回归法对试验数据进行了分析,得到一组经验公式。研究发现,降低板坯加热温度、终轧温度或卷取温度能明显提高10CrSiNiCu钢的强度和低温韧性,其中卷取温度对热轧板力学性能的影响最大。通过加速冷却,可以在不降低该钢强度的前提下,降低碳当量以改善该钢的韧性和塑性

Abstract:The influences of accelerated cooling processes on properties of 10CrSiNiCu steel were studied in this paper.By multivariate linear regression analysis,a group of empirical equations were obtained.The results revealed that the strength and low temperature toughness could be improved greatly by lowering the temperatures of re heating,finish rolling and coiling processes,of which the coiling temperature had the greatest effect. Its also revealed that,without loss in strength, the steels toughness and plasticity could be improved by reducing the carbon content and strictly controlling the process of accelerated cooling.
