基于视觉识别的电子器件性能检测与控制系统研究

摘    要:机器视觉系统在图像处理时耗费系统大量资源,这导致了系统实时性、稳定性和精确性差.不能满足实时控制的要求。这个缺点影响,机器视觉在高端产品中的应用。本文详细介绍了一种Windows环境下基于视觉识别的自动测试与控制系统,该系统采用高精度定时器、多线程编程来解决系统对于实时性的要求、并将图像处理和视觉识别技术应用到了工程实例,实现了系统的自动化,并满足了系统稳定性和精确性的要求。

Abstract:Lots of resources are wasted in the system of computer vision. This led to bad capabilities such as real- time,stability and precision. This kind of system can not meet the need of users. The disadvantage affected the application for high production. This paper introduces automatic testing and control system based on visual identity in windows. In order to satisfy the system with better real - time, we adopt high precision timer and multi - threading. Then we apply image processing,visual identity to project examples to meet the need of stability and precision.
