摘    要:以水杨酸甲酯和薄荷醇为原料,采用醇解的方法合成了水杨酸薄荷酯,在减压条件下研究了催化剂种类、反应温度、反应时间以及投料比对产率和色泽的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,评价了它对紫外线的吸收能力,并就红外光谱图和标准谱图进行了结构定性比较。结果表明它是一种新型的略带清凉香气的紫外线吸收剂,可用于防晒化妆品中。

Abstract:The menthol salicylate was synthesized with methyl salicylate and menthol by an ester exchange reaction. The influence of catalyst, reaction temperature,reaction time and ratio of alcohol and ester on the yield and color were studied in the decreased pressure conditions. The optimum reaction conditions were determined and ability of UV absorption were evaluated. Comparisons of chemical structure with standard IR have been conducted.Results show that it is a new kind of UV absorbent with cool and refreshing aroma and can be used in sun block cosmetics.
