| 摘 要： | 规划批后管理是规划审批后的管理过程,是动态规划的重要环节。本文分析了城市规划批后管理的内容与现状,描述了批后管理技术保障体系。其中,着重研究了公众服务系统与决策支持系统的组成框架,给出了智能监测评价模块模型结构,研究了其组成要素分析器、预警器与处理器的功能特点与关键技术。 |

| Abstract: | The after-plan-approval administration plays an important role in the dynamic planning.This paper analyzes the existing problems in it and intro-duces the technology supporting system.The study emphasizes on the framework of public service sys-tem and decision support system.It presents the intelligent monitor and evaluation module structure and analyzes the functions and key technologies of its components such as analyzer and processor. |
